Alchemy Manager is the main platform for your Alchemy Training System, and we continuously work to give you more control and to make it easier for your administrators and learners. We have three new features that support your training planning as well as your OJT efforts.

Worksite-Based Learning Plan Visibility
Many administrators can create Learning Plans, which means you might have hundreds or thousands in your Alchemy Training System (ATS), especially if multiple company worksites use your ATS. Now you have the option to limit the visibility of any Learning Plan so only selected worksites can see it.

This feature provides two primary benefits:

• Your listing of Learning Plans in Manager could be smaller and easier to work with if only Learning Plans that apply to your worksite are viewable.
• Only admins who supervise the included worksites can edit the Learning Plan, which reduces the possibility of unexpected and errant changes.

On the Learning Plan page, you’ll see the new toggle that lets you restrict viewing and editing, and you can use this feature with any new or existing Learning Plan. Admins of worksites other than those selected will not be able to view, assign, or edit the plan.

Access Job Qualifications in Alchemy Manager eLearning
We integrate all our solutions with Alchemy Manager to make your ATS more powerful. Alchemy Playbook helps you upskill or cross-skill your frontline workers, and as they take required Playbook courses, they become qualified to do a job. Earning a job qualification may take several steps, and in some cases, qualifications expire. While the Playbook app has always shown who’s qualified and which workers are in progress, learners can now see all their Job Qualifications in Manager eLearning.

This view in Manager will display the status, progress, and what’s needed to complete the job qualification. Having this easy visibility to their qualifications will encourage more timely completion and prompt renewals by your workers.

Custom Job Qualification Expiration & Renewal Periods
We support you in managing your workforce by allowing you to set expirations of Job Qualifications so workers must re-take important training. With fixed time options for both the expiration period and when the renewal period is to start, you had good choices.

We’ve now given you unlimited choices by allowing you to select custom values for each of these time periods. You can enter values in days, weeks, months, or years – your choice! This complete control allows you to better align your training compliance with your company policies, industry regulations, and operational needs.

These features are available today to your administrators and learners. If your worksite uses Alchemy Playbook, we recommend you notify and encourage your workforce to explore the new access to their job qualifications.
