Alchemy Manager Update: New Features = Increased Efficiency

By Product Management Team |

Intertek Alchemy is excited to announce new updates to Alchemy Manager technology that will help save your administrators valuable time in their day. You will automatically receive these enhancements, which will help:

  • Streamline User and Administrator Management
  • Expedite Learning Plans Searches
  • Simplify Course Searches (Coming Soon)

See the details below to learn about how you can take advantage of these exciting new features.

Streamline User and Administrator Management

Previously the process of editing your employees’ information and setting up administrators were in two separate places. While this worked, you asked if there was a way to make the process more efficient. We listened!

In Alchemy Manager, Customer Administrators (and above) can now edit employees’ information and promote employees to administrators on the same page (in addition to managing permissions, worksites, and groups).
