New Product Training Series for Intertek Alchemy Clients – “Learning Unplugged”

By Intertek Alchemy |

Our new clients receive world-class training and support as they implement their new training platform. In later months or years, new people may be added to the training administration team who missed this launch experience. While we have many on-demand, static resources to help admins, we are excited to introduce a new series with live learning opportunities – Intertek Alchemy Learning Unplugged.

Learning Unplugged will feature two virtual sessions a month, providing opportunities to learn and review both basic and advanced functionality. Each session will be 60-90 minutes, and you will hear use cases and best practices so you can put the knowledge to work quickly.

“Unplugged” speaks to the unscripted nature of the training sessions. There will be ample opportunities for attendees to ask questions or even guide the direction of the learning that day. What you need to know is known best by you, and we want to support you however possible. We’ll take client input as we go to shape our program for future sessions.

The calendar of sessions is set through August of 2022, and we will add to this as we go, continuing to present a schedule several months into the future so you can plan ahead to attend sessions that interest you. This schedule will always be accessible in our Client Portal, and we will send a quarterly email announcing what’s coming up in the next 3 months.

Here is what’s currently scheduled:

  • April 12 – Alchemy Essentials
  • April 14 – The Recipe for a Successful Training Program: Groups, Learning Plans, and Reports
  • May 10 – Alchemy Player Advanced
  • May 12 – Customizing Individual Learning Experiences Using Alchemy
  • June 7 – Best Practices for Training a Multilingual Workforce
  • June 9 – Alchemy Coach: What You Need to Know to Build Effective Observations
  • July 12 – Creator 101
  • July 14 – Alchemy Essentials
  • August 9 – Playbook: Your Tool for On-the-Job Training & Upskilling
  • August 11 – Creator for Advanced Course Developers

There is no fee for Learning Unplugged, but you will need to register for each session you want to attend.

You can learn more about each session and register for any of them here.

Unplugged sessions will happen in the second week of the month on Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 CT. Don’t worry If you miss a session you wanted to attend; we will provide access to recordings of Learning Unplugged in Alchemy Help in your Alchemy Manager site.

We invite you to join us for the kickoff session on April 12 for “Alchemy Essentials” – a journey through and review of the basic functionality to create, manage, and deliver training using Alchemy Creator, Manager, and Player. Hope to see you in a Learning Unplugged session soon!

As always, we encourage you to send any feedback and questions on Alchemy products to productfeedback@alchemysystems.com.
