Good news! Alchemy can now deliver updates and changes to your Coach Communications observations automatically.  During the week of January 22nd, Alchemy Support will upgrade your Manager site to put these enhancements in motion.

After the upgrade, you will notice the Alchemy Communications observations currently categorized as Customer Specific will become Alchemy observations. For more information, please contact Alchemy Support.
