The Microsoft & Business Skills library provides extensive training on Microsoft® software products and includes dozens of courses to help develop professional skills. These learning opportunities can help improve both employee morale and retention.

Intertek Alchemy partnered with an expert in the industry of software training – Bigger Brains. They’ve sold these eLearning courses for years and know the software as well as the best ways to train the users. We’ve worked to make their courses available within your Alchemy Training System so you can assign, track, and report with ease. We’ll continue to work with them to keep the courses up-to-date and to cover new software versions as Microsoft makes them available. This is a premium library that requires additional licensing.

The library has 227 courses with the vast majority of them covering Microsoft products like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. There are a few covering other common applications, like QuickBooks, as well a good mix of general business skills. Here’s a breakdown showing the count of courses by software title/category:

This eLearning-only library is designed for people using the software today – your office staff and management teams – and also has introductory courses for people that typically work on a production line. Here are a few notable features of the courses:

• Course lengths ranging from under 30 minutes to over 3 hours
• Software courses for multiple release years for products
