Many clients are using our Vietnamese premium language library, and this no surprise given this language is the sixth most spoken language in North America with about 1.5 million speakers. We’re now moving to expand the size of this library and will be adding more than two dozen courses to the existing 49 courses.
Most plants use chemicals in their operations, and where there are chemicals, the risks for worker injury increase. Following the recent GHS regulation changes, we prioritized updating our chemical handling courses because we know regular training on safe practices makes a difference. We are happy to let you know of the 8 updated courses in our Workplace Safety library that include improved information on the labels and safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals.

Suicide is an uncomfortable topic for most people, and this fear and discomfort contributes to the isolation that is a factor in some taking their own lives – at the rate of more than 100 per day in the United States. We know training can assist with this problem and have partnered with an industry leader to introduce a new premium course: “Suicide Prevention: Question, Persuade, Refer.”
