New Coach Observations for BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 Help You Transition

Like all the Certification Program Owners (CPOs), BRCGS updates their standard every few years. This year, they launched Food Safety Issue 9 on August 1st. With Issue 9 audits beginning in February, we are about halfway through the transition period and have taken action to support you with two dozen new BRCGS Issue 9 observations.

More Spanish Coach Observations Now Available

For our clients using Alchemy Coach, we are pleased to announce there are now 11 more observations translated to Spanish available to you. These new translations are available in the Coach app and Alchemy Manager to all clients who use Coach to both verify training and improve worker performance. They are translations of existing observations, and this release more than doubles
